A: Small class size of 5 to 10 students indicates that each student is actively involved rather than only observing. Every student is visible to the teacher, who can interact with them in real time.

A: Structure is the source of discipline, not surveillance. Accountability is established via regular feedback, written assignments, clear expectations, and consistent scheduling. Parents receive monthly updates.

A: Classes that have been recorded are available within a day. We also use WhatsApp as a backup line of communication for questions and updates.

A: Rather of using one-time exams, assessment occurs continuously through student explanations, assignment submissions, and class engagement. This provides a more accurate representation of understanding.
